These terms describe how you may use www.gokiosk.gr and the “Buy or download a quote” flow (shop). By using this site, you accept these terms.

Company details
This website provides information about GoKiosk and allows you to request a quote. It may also provide a shop/checkout flow that redirects to an online payment provider (where applicable).
The GoKiosk subscription and the equipment loan-for-use model (including the 18‑month minimum commitment) are governed by separate “Service terms & equipment loan”, which you must accept during online activation. Full text: /en/legal/terms/.
If you use the checkout flow, you will be asked for basic details and then redirected to a secure payment system operated by a third party (e.g. Stripe or Viva). Payment is processed by the payment provider; we receive the transaction confirmation and order details necessary to proceed.
The payment page may load on a separate subdomain (e.g. pay.gokiosk.gr).
Pricing shown on the website is indicative and may change. The final description/amount is shown in the payment provider’s page.

You must not use this website:
Content (text, graphics, images, logos) is provided “as is” and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or republish it without permission, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Email support and guidance is provided during office hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 (excluding holidays). Outside office hours: 08:00–23:00 with an additional charge (€25 / 30 min, minimum 30 min). On‑site visits/support are charged additionally.
Damage due to misuse, breakage, vandalism, humidity or theft is not covered. Store network/Internet works are not covered. Custom development outside standard scope is provided via a separate offer.
The card terminal (provided by your bank) is not sold by us. You obtain it from your bank and we handle the integration/setup on the kiosk (where applicable).
This website is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts for proper operation, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors (e.g. due to third‑party providers / Internet / cloud).
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes fall under the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
Processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
