Go Kiosk is delivered as a service (equipment loan for use) with a subscription. Final terms (duration, fees, return of equipment) are defined in the offer/contract.

1. Payment cancellation (online checkout)
If payment is cancelled in the payment provider’s secure checkout, activation is not completed and you can try again.
2. Cancellation after online purchase (before shipping)
If you contact us before shipping, we cancel the order and initiate a refund to the same payment method.
3. Returning equipment (after delivery)
- You can request a cancellation and return the equipment within 14 days from delivery.
- Equipment must be returned in good condition, with accessories/packaging where feasible.
- Pickup/shipping is arranged upon agreement.
4. Setup fee
The setup fee covers configuration/setup work and is non‑refundable, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the offer/contract.
5. Ending the agreement / returning equipment
- Equipment remains the property of ΚΟΥΒΑΡΙΤΑΚΗΣ Ι.Κ.Ε..
- When the agreement ends, equipment is returned (not transferred).
