POS terminals

You obtain the POS terminal from your bank. We configure the Go Kiosk payment flow so customers can complete their order and pay by card smoothly. Final compatibility depends on your bank, the terminal model, and your store’s workflow.

How payment works

• The kiosk calculates the amount and guides the customer step‑by‑step.
• The transaction is processed on the bank’s POS terminal (external), or via integration when supported.
• We confirm compatibility and finalize the flow before installation (during the offer stage).

What we need from you

• Your bank + POS terminal model (or what you plan to get).
• How payments work today and what you want to change (workflow).
• Any required POS flow (e.g. prompts/receipt/confirmation).

Supported banks

We typically support the major Greek bank POS setups. Final compatibility depends on your terminal/provider and workflow:

• Alpha Bank
• Eurobank
• National Bank of Greece
• Piraeus Bank

If you use a different bank/provider, we confirm it during the offer stage.

When you need a POS terminal

• When you accept card payments in‑store and orders are placed on the kiosk.
• When you want charges to be processed on the bank’s terminal (not on a phone/third device).
• When you require a specific POS experience (e.g. prompts/receipt printing).
