What does “loan for use” mean?

Our model is based on providing equipment for use (loan for use) within a subscription service. The equipment remains provider-owned and is provided while the subscription is active and payments are up to date.

What if I want to end the agreement before 18 months?

The minimum commitment is 18 months per kiosk. If you terminate before 18 months, the equipment must be returned and an early termination fee applies: 80% of the remaining monthly charges (per kiosk), plus any overdue amounts. The setup fee is non-refundable.

After 18 months, do I own the equipment?

No. The equipment remains our property (loan for use). After 18 months you can keep the subscription active or end the agreement — if you end it, the equipment is returned.

When can I end the agreement?

After the 18‑month minimum commitment you can end the agreement at any time, upon coordination, so we can arrange equipment return and close the subscription. When the agreement ends, equipment must be returned within 10 business days.

The equipment is not transferred to a new owner. It must be returned if the agreement ends. If the new owner wants to continue, a new contract is required.

No. We set it up fully in 2 languages (Greek/English). We only need a high‑resolution logo (SVG/PNG), photo material (if available) and your menu data (export/file/access).

Installation can be offered as an add‑on. We always review your venue infrastructure and propose the right setup.

Typically: power and an Internet connection (LAN/Wi‑Fi depending on the setup). We’ll confirm based on your venue.

The POS terminal is not included — you obtain it from your bank/provider. We handle mounting/configuration on the kiosk (where applicable).

Yes. Use of a digital invoicing provider is included, along with unlimited invoices while the subscription is active and in good standing.

We provide remote support and, where applicable, fast equipment replacement (swap) for faults not caused by misuse, after remote diagnosis. Damage due to misuse/breakage/vandalism/water/theft is not covered.

Remote support is included in office hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 (excluding holidays). Phone operations support: 08:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun). Outside office hours, support is billed at €25 / 30 min (minimum 30 min).
