Fault‑based damages:

Store internet/network work (router, cabling, Wi‑Fi, firewall).
Custom development outside standard functionality (separate quote).

Setup:
€300 / kiosk (one‑off, not refundable).
Equipment is provided as a loan for use and remains our property.
If the cooperation ends, equipment is returned (not transferred).
In case of business transfer or VAT/tax change, equipment is not transferred → return and a new agreement is required for the new entity.
Office hours (free remote support & menu changes):
Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 (excluding holidays).
Phone operations support:
08:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun) — outside office hours €25 / 30’ (minimum charge 30’).
On‑site support:
always extra charge.
Online process:
pay the setup fee today (with a 5% online discount) and authorize the monthly subscription. Equipment shipping is typically within 48 hours (with immediate availability). Activation/go-live happens within up to 30 days depending on integrations (default: 30 days).
We can connect Go Kiosk with your ordering system, loyalty mobile apps, POS terminals and e-invoicing setup.
GoKiosk is delivered as a service (equipment + software + operations + support) with a subscription, so you can launch fast, professionally, and without a big initial investment.
