GoKiosk Service Terms & Equipment Loan (Loan for Use)

These terms govern the GoKiosk subscription service and the provision of equipment on a loan-for-use basis (equipment remains provider-owned). By accepting these terms online and completing the card payment (setup fee & subscription activation), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. Parties & definitions

“Business” means the entity activating and using GoKiosk. Business details (company name, VAT, addresses and contact/billing info) are provided during online activation.

2. Equipment loan (ownership)

The equipment is provided for use while the subscription is active and payments are up to date. The equipment remains Provider-owned and must not be sold, transferred, subleased, disassembled or moved to another address without approval.

3. Minimum commitment

The agreement has a minimum duration of 18 months per kiosk. After the minimum period, the subscription continues under the same terms until termination in writing.

4. Pricing

Monthly subscription (excl. VAT) per kiosk: 21″ €120/mo, 27″ €150/mo, 32″ €180/mo. Quantity discounts are applied based on the total number of active kiosks per VAT number.

Setup fee: €300 per kiosk, one-off, non-refundable.

5. Activation & payments

Service activation is done online and requires acceptance of these terms and card payment of the setup fee plus subscription activation. Monthly subscription fees are prepaid via card unless otherwise agreed.

6. What’s included

The subscription includes equipment loan for use, the GoKiosk software license, service operation and updates, initial menu/catalog setup by the Provider and unlimited price list changes during office hours.

7. Support

Remote support is included during office hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00). Phone operations support runs 08:00–23:00 (Mon–Sun). Outside office hours, support is billed at €25 / 30 min (minimum 30 min).

8. POS terminal

The bank POS terminal is not included. You obtain it from your bank/provider; the subscription includes the work required to mount/configure it on the kiosk (where applicable).

9. Early termination & equipment return

If you terminate before completing the 18-month minimum per kiosk, you must return the equipment and pay an early termination fee equal to 80% of the remaining monthly charges (per kiosk), plus any overdue amounts. Upon termination for any reason, equipment must be returned within 10 business days.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
